Noa is a digital SaaS product. No physical products are shipped, no hardware is sent, and no shipping or handling charges apply to any plan on this website.

All references to “delivery” on this site refer to digital delivery of access to the Noa web application and any digital artefacts (reports, exports, evidence vaults) produced by it.

02 · Digital delivery

How you receive the product.

  • Access is granted to the Noa web application at hirenoa.ai immediately on successful subscription.
  • A welcome email with login instructions is sent to the registered email within minutes.
  • Invoices and tax documents are emailed to the billing address on file.
  • All exports, reports, and disclosures generated by Noa are downloadable from within the product.

If you have paid and have not received access credentials within 1 hour, please contact support@hirenoa.ai or call our support line. We will provision access manually and refund any charge that cannot be honoured. See the Refunds & cancellations policy for refund timelines.
